Toshiba Service
In addition to providing IT Services, CSM Group is a Certified Toshiba Service Provider. With CSM Group, you can get fast and local in-warranty and out of warranty service for your Toshiba device, using only certified Toshiba techniques, and the highest quality Toshiba Genuine Parts.
The majority of machines will be serviced and ready for customer pick-up within four days after delivery. Non-warranty service rates are as follows (parts extra):
- In-house labor: $100 per hour
- Diagnostics: $50
Toshiba customers may call (269) 488-6602 or toll-free (877) 746-0110 to schedule repair services. Service Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers may drop off their computer equipment at CSM Group, 100 West Michigan Avenue, Suite 200, Kalamazoo, Mich.
